As a volunteer, you're not merely offering assistance; you're contributing to capacity building. Your time, encouragement, and example help plant seeds that will continue to flourish within Belizean communities.
We might not have a specific task lined up for you right away. We've found it works best when new volunteers take a little time to get to know the team and see what we’re working on. Once you’ve had a chance to look around, chat with someone on the team about any gaps you notice and how you think you could pitch in.
