We’re gearing up for our next round of Juntos workshops and networking events in Belmopan, Spanish Lookout, and San Ignacio.

As always, the content at these workshops will be tailored for both seasoned business owners and decision-makers and those launching new business ventures.

Here's what's on the calendar so far:

One-Day Workshop for Solopreneurs and Small Business Owners

September 3 | Thursday, 8:30am-4pm
@Art Box, Belize Artisan Store

A full day of practical training for anyone interested in learning more about the fundamentals of starting and successfully managing a business in Belize. There will be multiple business development workshop options to choose from such as The Entrepreneurial Spirit, Fubdamentals of Leadership, Practical Applications of AI, Vision Mapping, The One Page Business Plan, and more.

Every session is built around tools and skills you can apply to your business now, whether you're still sketching your idea on paper or already building relationships with your customers. Bring your tough questions and challenges, and come ready to learn.

Juntos Networking Event

September 3 | Thursday, 6-8pm
@Art Box, Belize Artisan Store

Wind down the day with good food and great conversation with like-minded people who understand what it takes to successfully start, build and manage a business in Belize.

The evening features Tom Goodlet, founder of Two Penny Consulting, sharing practical insight on leadership development — a talented speaker worth pulling up a chair.

Everyone in the Juntos Community is invited to join. There is no charge for this event. Food and drinks will be available to purchase from The Craft Kitchen.

Two-Day Workshop for Established Small and Medium-Size Business Leaders

September 4–5 | Friday–Saturday, 8:30am-4pm
@Fusion Church

A two-day intensive workshop for experienced owners and leaders of small and medium-size businesses who want to grow without losing control, build a stronger team, and remain competitive in a changing business environment.

Step away from daily operations to examine what is working, what may be holding your business back, and what its next level could look like. The workshop addresses challenges facing Belizean businesses today, including AI and changing markets, leadership and team development, organizational culture, financial management, and operational excellence. Even when a topic sounds familiar, the content goes beyond previous Juntos workshops with new perspectives, deeper discussion, and practical application.

Learn alongside other experienced Belizean business leaders and work directly with the Juntos team to apply these ideas to your own situation. Confidential one-on-one consultations also provide a safe harbor to explore your most difficult business, leadership, or personal concerns.

Throughout the week, Juntos consultants will be available for private one-on-one sessions — a chance to sit down with an experienced advisor and work through the specific challenges facing your business. No generic advice; just your situation, your questions, and a focused conversation about what to do next.

One-Day Workshop for Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners

September 7 | Monday, 8:30-4pm

A full day of practical training for anyone interested in learning more about the basics of starting and managing a small business venture in Belize. Topics will include Introduction to AI, Managing Your Money, Using QuickBooks, Vision Mapping, Crafting a Business Plan, and more.

This workshop features the same content as the Belmopan workshop, tailored for the local community of San Ignacio and Santa Elena — or for anyone whose schedule doesn't fit the Belmopan date.
