Greetings from Belize!
I recently attended the Juntos Small Business Excellence Workshop. I am very grateful to have attended a few of the sessions and gained knowledge, new insights, and to have heard the struggles and success stories of my fellow Belizeans in building their businesses. I gained a tremendous support system through these trainings.
I was blessed to have met Ms. Susan Gilchrist who has taken me under her wings as a mentor, and supported the vision and dream I’ve had for my business. I have much respect and admiration also for Mrs. Melanie Escalante my Life Coach, and Dr. Randa Williams, who believed in me and continue to encourage me in my success. They too are on this journey and partnering through the Juntos program. I pray God will allow many more likeminded Christians to tap into the resources being provided to our country, for the success of our businesses, and ultimately reaching the lost in our nation, and beyond our borders, one encounter at a time, through our businesses.
May God continue to bless and use the leaders of this program locally and internationally, as we raise the level of Kingdom work in Belize.

First and foremost, I want to commend the organizers for their meticulous planning and execution of the event. From the agenda to the venue arrangements, every detail was and foremost, meticulously thought out, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
The presentations delivered during the meeting were exceptionally informative, providing valuable insights into the current market trends, challenges, and opportunities. I was particularly impressed by the depth of analysis and the clarity with which complex concepts were communicated. It is evident that the speakers were well-prepared and knowledgeable in their respective areas.

Juntos came at an opportune time coinciding with my transition from public service employment to dedicating myself entirely to the operations of my modest counseling business. Despite having established Hope Counselling Corner on a part-time basis offering paid and voluntary services, there remained a pressing need for formalization within the business sector.
Through support from Juntos, I have been guided by Christian support and principles fostering a sense of belonging to a broader endeavor. Since joining the group I have undertaken significant initiatives such as revising my fee structure, developing a business plan, constructed a comfortable facility with an additional counseling room and a reception area, and implementing other refinements to optimize efficiency.
