Through practical business programs, leadership development, networking, and one-on-one guidance, we help entrepreneurs and established business leaders make better decisions, strengthen their companies, and use their influence to serve their employees, families, and communities.

Our purpose is not to preach at people, but to demonstrate our faith through trusted relationships, practical service, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

Your Gift Makes This Work Possible

Juntos operates with modest financial needs and a team that gives generously of its time and experience. Donations help us cover the practical costs of serving business leaders in Belize, including:

• Meeting facilities, materials, and meals

• In-country transportation and program expenses

• Partial scholarships for participants

• Travel assistance for qualified volunteer advisors

Larger gifts can help Juntos prepare for longer-term needs, including expanding these programs beyond the Cayo District into other parts of the country.
