Our guest speaker Tom will be sharing a set of brain-based techniques for cutting through miscommunication, showing how quickly reading what coworkers and clients truly think and feel prevents confusion, rework, and wasted meetings that drain time and energy. Through guided exercises and real-world role-play, participants build practical mental shortcuts to resolve disconnects quickly, freeing up more time and energy for productive work.
We’ll gather at Art Box in Belmopan, a Belizean artisan store and café that has been supporting local artists and craftsmen since 1996. It’s a fitting setting for an evening centered on entrepreneurship, leadership, and building community. Food and drinks will be available for purchase from The Craft Kitchen.
