Join us for a 2-day workshop designed for seasoned Business Leaders and Community Influencers who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready for guidance on next-level challenges, strategic thinking, and decision making. Workshop content is designed for business leaders that have typically operated their business for 2+ years.
The theme of this workshop is “Leadership 2026: Building What’s Next While Running What Is.” It is designed for leaders of businesses and nonprofits who find themselves faithfully managing what has been entrusted to them while sensing the responsibility to prepare for what comes next. Much like the Parable of the Talents (Matthew 25:14–30), this season of leadership is less about preserving the status quo and more about stewarding opportunities—turning insight, resources, people, and influence into something that produces increasing value.
