Rich also serves as an elder and pastor at Fusion Church, combining his passion for environmental stewardship with his commitment to spiritual leadership and community service.
Col. Stephen Brack | Commander of the Arkansas Air National Guard, recent graduate of the Army War College in Washington, D.C., Executive Pilot for the Walmart Corporation and 30-year veteran of the US Army. Distinguished leader operating effectively across military and private sector environments, exemplifying successful integration of service and corporate excellence.
Abel Simpson, Sr. | Owner and Managing Director of Simpson's Insurance Agency Ltd., headquartered in Belmopan, Belize. With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Simpson is a certified Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow, BBN Person of the Week, and 10-time qualifier for the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table. Simpson leads a team of professional agents across eight districts throughout Belize.
Melanie Escalante | Certified Professional Coach and Vision & Strategy Coach based in Belmopan, Belize. She specializes in helping individuals and businesses develop clear vision, strategic planning, and core values essential for success. Through her company "Coaching with Melanie," she guides clients to clarify their purpose, set meaningful goals, and create actionable plans for personal and professional growth.
Jeremiah Allen | Entrepreneur and owner of Green Tech Pro’s based in Spanish Lookout. Allen serves as spokesperson for the Belize Solar Alliance, representing a coalition of businesses and individuals committed to promoting the growth and development of the solar energy industry in Belize. As a devoted husband and father, he combines faith-centered values with modern business acumen in Cayo District's thriving commercial hub.
